Well Bloo88 Me!

Bloo 88, in the heart of Sheffield, has sat under several different names including Rise and other alter egos, however it's main feature has always been that of its stonebaked pizzas and toasty atmosphere.

After recently being renovated (it's over 100 years old) we've started heading here for their delicious 2-4-1 pizza offer, available every single night of the week.

With a good friend and colleague's birthday in mind we headed over on Friday. One of the features I love in Bloo 88 is their exposed brick work (I love any exposed brick work) with wooden tables and offbeat chairs, its got a real modern rustic feel.

I've never had a bad pizza there, I normally opt for the Florentina as I love an egg on a pizza, plus tasty black olives. Its super simple, but a great pit stop before a boozy night out, or as an evening get together with friends. They've also just opened a new cocktail bar upstairs which I'm yet to visit, but I'm sure it will become a regular haunt.
