Happy New Year!

It's 2013! Crazy stuff, I feel like the past year has passed me by in the blink of an eye and yet, when I've been choosing my "Year of instagrams" I was spoilt for choice having crammed in a ridiculous amount of things.

So look back over 2012 then, firstly Happy New Year is in French because I started learning French again last year and went to Paris for the first time in January, hence January instragram, Tour de Eiffel!

February - Birthday season, we hit Whitby in a cottage in the snow, had cocktails and meals. Then my sis and I went to Liverpool to see The Drums (02 academy - great venue).

March - Second gig of the year, with my homeslice who is currently getting crazy hair in Bolivia, to see Laura Marling, perfect!

April - My gorgeous university friend's hen do to Portugal, Fernando attracted all the ladies

May - Ahhhh at the ripe old age of 27, we got our very first cousin, could not love him anymore, Live at Leeds for the Sister's birthday

June - My friend's wedding for which I was a bridesmaid, beautiful day and amazing couple

July - Visited Paris again for work, but the main event my trip to see my favourite Aussie's in Buenos Aires, Argentina

August - Which also slips nicely into August too!

September - Bestival on the Isle of Wight with the Sister, another highlight - Real Ale Trail, Manchester

October - The twinnies were born - my friend Bev and her husband are so amazing and I'm proud every day

November - Manchester Cathedral to see Bat for Lashes, Bezzies Birthday in Harrogate

December - Christmas of course! As well as friends birthdays, parties, eateries, Chistmas Markets, Black Keys, Pulp and festive drinks all round!

January - First time in Paris
February - The Drums for my Birthday, Liverpool
March - Laura Marling
April - Nat's Hen Do (This is Fernando)
May - Cuz is born
June - Widge & Birdy's Wedding

July - Buenos Aires, Argentina
August - Buenos Aires, Argentina
September - Bestival
October - Bev's twinnies are born
November - Bat for Lashes
December - Christmas of course!
On this level I reckon 2013 will shape up to be a pretty amazing year and I am to do as much as all of the above and more!

Looking back over the little memory box of highlights of the past year (*warning* mushy moment) has made me realise how incredibly grateful I am for all the things I get to do, what a wonderful family and set of friends I have and how I have a pretty darn good life!

So new years resolutions - Try not to sweat the small stuff, give as much love to everyone as possible, have fun, travel as much as possible, try new things and say no to some events so I don't end up skint!

Big Love xxxx
